Job title:
IT Infrastructure Services Intern
Your role:

1. Network Management: Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network systems to ensure seamless operations.

2. System Administration: Provide support in managing servers, databases, and storage on premise and on cloud solutions to maintain data integrity and system performance.

3. Technical Support: Offer technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.

4. Project Assistance: Collaborate on various IT infrastructure services projects, contributing to planning, execution, and documentation.

5. Digital Employee Experience: Support the development and enhancement of digital tools and platforms to improve employee experience and productivity.

6. IT Service Management: Assist with implementing and maintaining IT service

You're the right fit if:
Active student status/enrollment at the University, studying Computer science or related careers

Good communication skills

Advanced English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
