Procurement General Support & IMS Customer Care
Responsible for coordinating standardized procurement processes, ensuring excellence in transactional operations, supporting users, monitoring behaviors, capturing insights, and sharing experiences with BPEs for process improvement. The role ensures accurate and efficient execution of process steps, maintaining operational integrity and understanding underlying objectives

Your role:

- Performs day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
- Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards and Purchase Orders Creation; Stakeholders management and support.
- Takes decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing in the continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyzes of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval; Parked invoices.
- Support projects and new system implementation.
- Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America
- Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America, creating vendors and conducting proper background screenings, to offer always the best quality to our market.

You're the right fit if:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Serviced Process, Process Optimization, Business Management, Procurement Operations or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, Finance, Accounting, International Commerce, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Your skills include Advanced English (Written and Spoken), Proficient with SAP, Ariba, Excel, effective communication & customer first mindset, problem solving, proactivity and teamwork.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
