Resumen

What is the role?

As Associate Manager, Sourcing Lead, you will play a key role in executing and supporting strategic sourcing activities for our Business & Customer Services categories across our affiliates. You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, bring fresh perspectives, and drive impactful change in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

What you’ll do

- Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing processes, including tendering, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting) and external partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage global suppliers for local business needs and escalate local supplier opportunities for regional or global expansion.
- Manage stakeholder expectations as a trusted business partner, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions.
- Analyze spend and demand, execute sourcing strategies, and benchmark pricing to optimize value.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies, driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and quality improvements.
- Oversee contract management activities, ensuring compliance and maximizing value from supplier agreements.
- Coordinate and lead supplier performance reviews (QBRs) to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Obtain goods and services for all types of business processes applicable to the organization, including: Indirect Operations & Direct Operations (Buyers, Procurement jobs)

Calificaciones

Preferred education/ qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, or supply management (experience in telecommunications is not required).
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations.

Skills & Abilities:

- Project management skills (PMI, Scrum, or Agile methodologies are a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
