Role Summary
The FP&A Analyst will support the finance team in financial planning, performance tracking, and data analysis across schools and regions. This role will assist in preparing reports, forecasts, strategic planning and dashboards that help management make data-driven decisions. The analyst will also contribute to maintaining and improving databases used for financial and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports (P&L, Cashflow, CAPEX & Balance sheet), forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Assist in consolidating school or regional results, identifying key variances versus budget and prior periods of financial reports.
- Help develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to monitor KPIs such as revenue, enrolment, and cost efficiency.
- Collect, clean, and organize financial and operational data from multiple systems (Oracle/NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.)..
- Create and update dashboards or databases to automate reporting and improve data visibility.
- Collaborate with other teams (Finance, Operations, Headquarters) to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or data analytics (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of basic financial modeling is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of key metrics in the education sector (enrolments, retention, cost per student).
- Curiosity and willingness to learn financial systems and reporting processes.
