??Job Purpose

Coordinate implementation of project management strategy and plans to successfully manage and deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies

??Key Tasks

- Coordinate implementation of project management strategy and plans for major projects

- Prepare and develop project plans to deliver projects as per required quality standard, on time and on budget

- Monitor day-to-day operations of the team for successful delivery of projects

- Control project expenditure to adhere to defined project budget

- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan

- Support implementation of project results to create targeted impact

- Execute an effective governance structure to support project implementation

??Stakeholders

- Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders

- Build strong, trusting relationships with DPDHL managers

- Extensive contact with other specialist departments

- Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers

??Management Responsibility detail:

- Supervise professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some non-professional employees

?

??Qualifications & Key Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Master's degree or Degree in Airport operation & logistics

Expected (Years of) Experience

? 10 or more years, Ramp operation, Airport operation & GSE ground support & administration

Language Requirements

? Fluent English
