Operational Excellence Lead - Panamá
The Operational Excellence Lead main focus are driving performance improvements that will have the biggest overall impact on the business results and delivering operational excellence to customers, by challenging the status quo, coaching, and embedding a mindset of problem solving and continuous improvement, applying Lean and other disciplines.
Your role:
- Design, develop, and implement the Process Simplification roadmap for P2P and Credit & Collections teams, to deliver quantifiable results in quality, cost, and productivity
- Evaluate key business metrics and engage with the Managers to help them identify opportunities where Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies can be used to improve Customer Satisfaction, Efficiency and Productivity
- Trigger, plan, execute and sustain, value stream mapping, kaizen events, and process improvement projects applying a structured Problem Solving (i.e. DMAIC, A3, PDCA) methodology achieving quantifiable results
- Provide coaching and guidance to management and team members on process improvement and Kaizen event planning, execution, and follow up, and coaching in the Daily Management process to drive performance
- Develop and deliver training to develop people's skills in CI methodologies and tools.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a global operating company in a regional or global role, successfully managing various projects and deploying an organization-wide Continuous Improvement program that has delivered quantifiable results in quality, cost and productivity.
- Your skills include strong interpersonal, communication and training/presentation skills. Project management background, process, and analytical mindset other than the ability to work independently and within a team
- You have Lean Six Sigma Certification (or equivalent). Black Belt is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish are required and experience working in financial services processes.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Panamá.
