Collections Assistant - Customer Support
Your primary responsibility as a Customer Support representative is to answer and manage customer escalations from our North American customers, addressing common questions and inquiries that are directed to the Collections Specialists.
Your role:
- Attend and resolve daily customer escalations, and manage credit card processing.
- Identify and transfer calls from customers to other team members within the Collections organization.
- Ensure accurate and reliable information is sent to the customers.
- Initiate process improvement ideas with AI.
You're the right fit if:
- High School Degree. University is desirable, preferable in business or administration
- AI Savy
- Native/Fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Customer Service
- Experience in a multinational environment (desirable)
- Eager to achieve excellent results
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office role in Panama.
