Purchase to Pay Specialist - CG40 - Panamá

Drive operational excellence in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process by coordinating stakeholders, resolving escalations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role:

- Monitor and coordinate the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution across Philips and third party supplier.
- Act as the first point of contact for P2P-related escalations, providing guidance and resolution to internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with Philips businesses and third party supplier to identify, propose, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage local accounts payable and expense activities, ensuring alignment with global standards and KPIs.
- Deliver actionable reporting and insights to Finance Operations and sector management, driving performance and problem-solving initiatives.

You're the right fit if:

- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in finance operations or accounts payable, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Your skills include SAP, Excel, and a strong understanding of P2P processes or procurement and performance metrics; experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) is a plus.
- You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in process improvement or project management are a plus
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You're an effective communicator, problem solver, and collaborator, comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment; occasional travel may be required.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
