Position: Business Development & Operations Specialist IP
Location: Parque Sur, Av. Domingo Díaz - Vía Tocumen, Edificio DHL

Purpose: To develop IP CENAC throughout new Business Customers (BC) clients. & continuos Grow.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain ongoing knowledge of customer needs and competitors' capabilities. (SWOT).
- Provide data and information to the product and operational leaders to support the development of new or enhanced products and services.
- Provide continuous sales gap analysis through networking and sales visits
- Develop tools to assist in the analysis and creation of specific customer solutions.
- Assist and cross sell with partners with the DHL group in CENAC
- Support client project on boarding, implementation and operational delivery.
- Analyse issues and develop specific solutions for individual clients either project based or strategic targets
- Provide assistance in the sales cycle at Needs Assessment / Solution stage
- Develop solutions to improve customers' supply chain performance and meet their objectives
- Leverage existing DHL products and services to provide customer solutions.
- Leverage Best Case and Case study experiences to solve customer issues.
- Develop and distribute presentation and promotional marketing material for field use.
- Be critical; measure success and failure in equal measure, striving for high conversion rates.
- Maintaining & building of pipeline in IP CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Execution of projects in accordance with quality and safety procedures.
- Work according to all SOPs developed in collaboration with clients.
- Comply with HSE requirements.
- Communicate closely with other locations to ensure strong links are maintained (especially between IP locations).

Requirements:
- Forwarding, Commercial experience, international working experience advantageous
- Working Knowledge of Industrial Projects
- Dynamic approach to problem solving as it relates to oil companies
- 5+ years of experience of sales experience within Industrial Projects with good commercial acumen
- Proficiency, business English language skills, second language advantageous
- Quick learner
- Able to work under strategic direction (not micromanagement) and contribute to overall solution design
