Resumen

What is the role?

Analysis of internal financial information. Financial evaluation and modeling of potential investment opportunities, impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities (Financial Planning & Analysis, CAPEX, OPEX)

Responsabilidades

What you'll do

- Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast outcomes, and identify risks and opportunities - particularly for OPEX (Operating Expenses).
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance.

- Data Analysis & Insights:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive financial and operational efficiency.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize financial and operational KPIs for senior leadership.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to enhance financial forecasts and scenario planning.

- Process Optimization & Automation:

- Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A workflows, leveraging tools such as BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI) and integrating with the finance software (Anaplan, HFM, SAP)
- Implement best practices for data governance and financial reporting.

- Business Partnering:

- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Calificaciones

Preferred Education/Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record in commercial finance.
- Proficiency in HFM and / or Anaplan.
- Experience with OPEX forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling - labor and vendor.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS).
- Knowledge of the industry or sector in which the organization operates.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
