Support the execution of standardized procurement processes, manage transactional operations, and help maintain operational quality. Provide first and second-line support for operational issues, assist with process improvements, and participate in both local and global continuous improvement initiatives.
Your role:
- Perform daily procurement operations under the guidance of the Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
- Execute operational and tactical sourcing activities, including Shopping Card and Purchase Order creation.
- Manage and support stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and service.
- Make independent decisions on routine operations, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as Purchase Order Compliance, SLA end-to-end timing, and parked invoices.
- Support projects and the implementation of new systems.
- Provide customer service for Indirect Services and Material support across the Americas.
- Customer Service Support to Vendor Master Data for the Americas, including vendor creation and background screening to ensure quality standards.
You're the right fit if:
- You hold a bachelor's degree or final-year enrollment in Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Your skills include advanced English spoken and written, familiarity with SAP, Ariba and Excel.
- You are an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work with a sense of urgency.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
