professional to lead custom market research in out Latin American region , with a primary focus on Panama, leveraging local knowledge to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role will be key in integrating the local team with Purina's CMI network, identifying the best agencies, maximizing research value, and fostering the insights community.
A day in the life of...
- Lead custom research projects (quantitative and qualitative) in the L atin American region .
- Manage RFP processes, supplier selection, and negotiations for market research projects.
- Transform research findings into actionable insights that benefit the business.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with consumers.
- Identify and evaluate the best research agencies in the region.
- Collaborate with the Purina CMI team and the U.S.-based structure to share best practices.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and optimize research costs.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Foster the insights community to share knowledge and align strategies.
What will make you successful in the position...
- Minimum 4 to 6 years' experience in CMI/market research in FMCG, Custom Marketing Research (client-side)
- Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven track record in custom research (not only syndicated data like Nielsen).
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
