Resumen
What is the role?
Oversee and support the operation of the People Services Team to provide efficient, innovative, and customer-centric solutions to our internal stakeholders. Working within the established guidelines and procedures, delivers quality customer service in line with our established Service Level Agreement. Administering requests and delivering reports on the PST operation.
Responsabilidades
What you'll do
- Administer the requests received from internal customers within the People Services Team, according to the guidelines provided, on the ticketing system assigned to receive and resolve cases. Ensuring the correct and fair administration of the ticket requests received.
- Support and guide customers with the employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, leavers, maternity, etc.
- Support on leave management process to ensure legal and smooth leave procedures that give our employees an excellent experience and the company compliance assurance.
- Input confidential people data - including pay, job changes, security clearances, etc.
- Champion collaborative cross-functional relationships with People COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, and other teams, to ensure excellence and enhance employee experience.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc PST reports for management and PST by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Interact with colleagues as the initial point of contact to People functions.
- Answer inquiries relating to Human Resources benefit plans, policies, procedures, and programs. This will include Payroll and general tier 1 or equivalent experience & 2 support, ensuring resolution of the case partnering with HRIS, Payroll as needed.
- Analyze and escalate cases outside of the normal procedures.
- Own, lead, and update HR data.
- Maintain accurate records on the Shared Drive to facilitate easy retrieval of information, management decisions, and audit reviews.
- Follow and understand any SOX procedures in the area.
- Prepare information required for internal/external audit processes.
- Any other duties consistent with the general level, nature, and function of the role
- Lead and or participate in projects related to the People Services Team as assigned by your direct leader.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills, good attention to details
- English and Spanish are required for this role
- Uses good time management and prioritizes daily tasks
- Proactive and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion.
- Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
- Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ethical values.
- Payroll experience is valuable.
- Previous HR experience.
