Order Fulfillment Specialist

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist you are responsible for implementing sales orders to ensure timely delivery, focusing on efficient processing, accurate record-keeping, exception management, and proactive issue resolution to maintain smooth operations from intake to recognition

Your role:

- Oversees both manual and automated sales orders across multiple channels, including returns, ensuring oversight of the entire sales order process.
- Swiftly addresses non-touchless and one-time-right flows to enhance order fulfillment efficiency by resolving root causes.
- Provides regular monitoring and updates on order receipts and status to aid informed decision-making.
- Ensures efficient processing of all types of sales orders from intake to recognition, maintaining operational continuity.
- Engages with internal departments to address issues and prevent escalations, fostering effective collaboration and maintaining accurate records.

You're the right fit if:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations OR Vocational Education in Order Management or equivalent.
- You posses 4+ years of experience in order management, ordered fulfillment or equivalent OR no experience with Bachelor's Degree preferably with knowledge in Supply chain or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable on MS Excel - Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
- You are able to communicate efficiently on English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
