Join us to ensure critical healthcare equipment parts are available across the Americas-supporting patient care by driving parts planning excellence in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Your role:
- As the Regional Planner Americas, you will be part of the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization, supporting the full region: United States, Canada, and Latin America (LATAM). Your work directly supports clinicians, engineers, and patients who rely on functioning healthcare equipment.
- Lead regional planning efforts by managing demand forecasting, stock target setting, and overall inventory levels across the Americas using advanced planning tools and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SPS teams-including Strategic Planning, Supply Management, Master Data, and the ASAP Desk-to secure part availability and resolve escalations across diverse market dynamics.
- Use planning systems to identify stockouts and material availability risks and take ownership of corrective and preventive action plans across the region.
- Represent SPS Planning across the Americas, aligning with market-based inventory management strategies and contributing to projects that drive structural and cross-regional improvements.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations, with proven expertise in using planning tools in a large, international environment.
- Your skills include working with advanced planning systems (SPM preferred), SAP ERP, and applying LEAN principles; experience in healthcare or service logistics is a plus.
- You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or a related field.
- You're an analytical, detail-oriented planner with strong communication skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, and the ability to drive planning excellence across a multi-country region.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office role in Costa Del Este.
