Your role:
- Compliance to DMR (Device Master Record) via independent Quality review and assessment of specific parts of the installation & Site planning manual for MR (Magnetic Resonance) devices. Main responsibility is coverage of the US time zone.
- Provide release key, monitors First Time Right and training to the markets.
- Ensure global coverage of key release activities for MR (Magnetic Resonance)
- Provide guidance and advice with regard to MR (Magnetic Resonance) concerning questions as applied to release of systems.
- Give knowledge and experience with regard to site planning issues, as relates to release of systems.
- Provide tips and hints as to overall reasons why some items can stop a release as well as those sites who should be released.
- Help innovate, going forward, in streamlining the release process and integrating change into the release process based on high level of understanding of the MR (Magnetic Resonance) systems as a whole.
- Work with other teams focused on First Time Right release key goals: training, site planning, field service, regulatory, and installation management.
- Work closely with field service to ensure that we work together as a team and remove the adversarial tendency and build teams with FSE's (Field Service Engineer) to reach goals together by teaching well the way to work.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering;
- 5+ years of related experience in the field of Magnetic Resonance installations
- Fluent English language - you'll be part of a global team!
- Knowledge in CAPA, as well as global medical device regulations, requirements and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, and ISO9001.
- Knowledge or exposure to quality systems, quality tools and methodologies, including Critical to Quality, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto, 8-D, 5 Why
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
