The position reports to the local CFO and functionally to the FP&A Regional Manager. This Professional should have a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management. Four (4) years experience in Financial Reporting or Forecast Analysis positions.. Very strong financial analysis skills and developing financial models (IRR, NPV, etc). Proven proficiency in use of HFM/Hyperion and PeopleSoft. Proven proficiency in use of MS Office Software -Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Fluency in English (verbal and written). Responsibilities • Develop detailed financial LRP, Budget & Forecasts using models, incorporating historic trends and key variables with current business information to estimate volumes, revenue, direct cost, operating expenses, headcount, capex, cash flow or other related financial data for a tactical period. • In charge of the monthly close, forecast and reporting that meets local and corporate requirements. This also includes variance analysis for P&L, margin analysis, headcount, capex and cash flow. • Monitor functional and departmental spending versus budget/forecast by highlighting material variances using system generated detail and trend reports • Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to historical, current or future performance • Prepare sensitivity analysis impact on revenue, expenses and profitability by modeling changes in key variables to optimize the financial decision-making of the company. • Help manage and control OPEX and capital expenditures: Plan Operational Review and capital appropriations requests, business development, valuation and IRR modeling, project execution and control. • Maintain data structure budget & accounting consistent to organizational structure in order to develop accurate variance analysis to budgets, forecasts, business plans, cost estimates, or other related financial reports. • Evaluate new business opportunities, major capital investments, potential acquisitions, new products and spending initiatives by modeling alternative financial scenarios (e.g. revenues, profitability, etc).
