The Position:

We're seeking a forward-thinking tech leader to join us as Head of Technology. This role calls for a blend of strategic acumen, technical proficiency, and strong leadership to thrive in our fast-paced industry. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to embrace a dynamic environment.  

What We're Looking For:

-  5+ years of professional experience as a Head of Technology or Technology Manager.
- Solid track record in formulating and executing technical strategies.
- Expertise in React Native for mobile app development and Python for backend development.
- Experience in overseeing technology operations, particularly within startup environments.
- Proven ability to anticipate industry trends, innovate solutions, and navigate complex landscapes.
- Proficiency in analyzing current operations and driving discussions on improvements and solutions.
- Skill in identifying and recommending best practices for enhancing operational efficiency, including automation strategies.
- Expertise in developing and deploying mobile applications, with a specific focus on React Native for iOS.
- Background in collaborating with co-founders, investors, and key stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives.
- Proficiency in data integration, analysis, and visualization tools.
- Expertise with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. 
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. 
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- An understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
