We are currently looking for a Data Engineer to join our industry leading Data & Analytics team who is passionate about Business Units specific deliverables. Are you able to take abstract business needs and turn those into actionable data pipelines and analytics platforms to answer business questions?

Data engineers at P&G are technical masters that thrive at the edge of software & data engineering. They collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, data managers, to bring data products to life. They implement use cases across retail, media, consumer, and e-commerce, using bleeding edge technology and pushing the boundaries of it to solve planet-scale problems.

You will:

- Ensure data products have the data they need to inform decisions, where and when they need it.
- Safeguard data against data quality issues: develop and maintain data quality monitoring; raising the
- level of data quality.
- On-board and optimize complex data into scalable pipes and jobs using cloud technologies.
- Improve business, engineering, and data processes through engineering, testing, and operational excellence best practices.
- Influence the future of new technologies and the ways in which P&G uses them.
- Work with multifunctional and multinational teams within and outside of P&G.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development.

English B2+

3+ years of experience in:

- Python, T-SQL programming or C#

- Cloud: preferably in Azure, or AWS or GCP.

- Hands on experience writing clean, effective code

- Databases and data modeling or experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hive, Beam).

- Using or building CI/CD tools

- SCRUM and DevOps methodologies

- Implementing projects & solutions using Microsoft Azure stack

- Data Models
