As Ultimus Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with customer expectations as well as Company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Senior Project Manager activities:
1.Onsite Ultimus representation for Ultimus customers
2.Assume primary responsibility and accountability for the timely accomplishments of all project deliverables in accordance with agreed timelines and established outputs and targets. In detail, this means:

lead the planning and implementation of project
facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
define project tasks and resource requirements
develop full scale project plans
manage project budget
manage project resource allocation
manage changes properly
manage project risks

Is the representative of the project team and is single point of contact for all stakeholders with reference to sharing information on the project:
*Provide support and direction to the project team
*Develop and maintain effective partnerships between and among all stakeholders and serve as the liaison sharing key results and strategic advice between the Ultimus Executive team and core project team members
*Assemble, coordinate, and control the project team and ensure high quality project deliverables and documentation according to Company standards
*Coordinate relationships between the Ultimus Account Management team, Ultimus customers and others both directly and indirectly involved in the implementation of Ultimus solutions.
*Assume primary responsibility for keeping core project team members informed on issues that could compromise the project success or profitability
*Work closely together with other key functions of the Ultimus organization to continuously improve the quality of the Ultimus deliverables
Essential Requirements and Prerequisites:
*Strong project management experience and expertise (certification is beneficial)
*Strong documentation skills
*Strong presentation and communication skills in both one-on-one and formal project update meetings (internally and with customers)
*Strong project negotiation skills respecting project resources and ensuring projects are properly scoped and estimated
*Proven track record in managing teams and complex logistics successfully
*Directed, self-motivated project manager who has prior experience in performing under stressful and challenging conditions
*Proven successful experience in the following areas:
O people management and strategic planning
o risk and change management
o conflict management
o negotiating and contracting
*Understanding of financial service policy and product / process innovation in the retail banking sector
O The ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 33%
o Fluency in written and spoken English
o Critical thinking and problem solving skills
o Stress tolerance
