Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related fields.

- Minimum of one year experience in similar positions

- Fully Bilingual- English/ Spanish. French is a plus

- Proficiency on Excel and inventory tools

- Organization, iniciative, autonomy, communication skills, ,goodrelations, ability tu work with distant partners.

Summary:

This person will be responsible of managing relations with distributors and handling all inventory and
stock.

- Receiving sales orders

- Reviewing amounts, prices and availability

- Forwarding orders to the warehouse and logistics partner

- Follow up on invoices

- Follow up on customers payments

- Follow up on orders until they are delivered

- Follow up on customer claims

- Follow up on customers stock

- Preparing reports

- Preparing sales and inventory forecasts in coordination with sales manager

- Updating inventory on database

- Reviewing and follow up of Forcast vs Sales

- Follow up on expiration date of products

- Review costs

- Other related functions
