Job description: Chat Project

As a Sitel Chat - Tech support and customer service representative you'll spend your day communicating with customers over chat, providing assistance and offering services. You'll utilize your communication skills to determine customer issues or needs, and use interpersonal skills to complete each chat with a positive resolution.

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
6 months of call center or customer service experience a plus
Excellent communication and sales skills
Strong written communication skills
Technical support background is a plus
Experience working in fast paced environment
Proficiency with Windows based applications
Candidate must hand in copy of Resume, ID, Diploma or equivalent and Police Record
Foreign candidates must have a valid passport and work permit for a minimum of 6 months”
