SABIS® is a global school management organization that will operate the new SIS–Costa Verde school opening in September 2017 in La Chorrera – West Panama. Presently there are 78 SABIS® member schools in 20 countries on 5 continents educating more than 70,000 students worldwide.
SIS Costa Verde is looking for candidates for the following position:

Examination Officer/IT Assistant – oversees all arrangements for a smooth execution of exams as per SABIS® guidelines and assists IT Manager maintaining SABIS® technologies and implementing the procedures of these technologies at the school in order to ensure an efficient school operation.
• This position starts on August 1, 2017.
• Runs all AMS, periodic, and final exams accurately.
• Prepares seating plan for grades 3-4, labels and color-codes all desks (student’s name, computer no., and class section).
• Displays notes, rules, and instructions inside and outside the exam hall.
• Installs and deploys all new SABIS® software applications as per IT Manager’s guidelines.
• Maintains data integrity and backups.

• Basic computer troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to work within a team
