· Ability for problem solving, conflict resolution, motivation and negotiation

· Assertive with a can do attitude

· Attention to detail

· Candidates must have proven experience within a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and be able to make positive contributions towards business improvement and teamwork.

· Fluent in spoken and written English language

· Ability to support change initiatives, with good understanding of the principals of change management.
