ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• You design and implement infrastructure proposals, in line with business requirements in accordance and compliance with the policies, procedures and standards.
• You provide the incident, problem and change management.
• Your support and service is Client Service minded.
• You ensure the availability, continuity, performance and security.
• You provide accurate documentation and registration using available tools and write technical procedures.
• Serve as a second line of support for the HelpDesk when needed.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.
• You represent your competence center and offer relevant support to projects.
• When required you stand in to provide operational management of servers, storage, virtual infrastructure, firewall and backup in accordance and compliance with the policies, procedures and standards.
• Ability to work on shifts and be available for on call.
• Reports to the Infrastructure Supervisor.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Professional Background
o Bachelor in IT with min 3-5-year relevant experience in managing IT Wintel infrastructure.
o Courses and Certifications in Microsoft, VMWARE, ITIL, CompTIA are desirable but not a must.
o Experience: thorough knowledge of datacenter and windows client support is a must.
o Languages: Spanish and Advanced English (Spoken and written).
o Must possess driver license.

• Technical Skills
o Have a thorough knowledge of following technologies:
? Windows server & client OS.
? DNS, DHCP, AD.
? Firewall.
? Windows Patch Management.
? Datacenter.
? SharePoint, SCCManager/automated deployment.
? VMware Server virtualization.
? backup technologies, HA & DR. (EMC Avamar knowledge is an asset)
o Knowledge of storage technology can be an asset. ( EMC VNX knowledge is an asset)
o Knowledge of Linux can be an asset.
o Understanding and affinity with popular Microsoft products.
