Responsibilities
• Attend and offer solution to customer inquiries and/or complaints that are generated through the Contact Center and register them in the CRM System.
• Attend Biosafety room, controlling monitors, and complete deliveries and disposals.
• Register in the CRM System the customer information that is attended through the ontact Center.
• Register in the CRM System the forms with inquiries and / or complaints from the region sales and projects teams.
• Answer messages that are stored in the Contact Center voice mail.
• Respond requests and consultations generated through the website or different digital media.
• Participate in Marketing Campaigns.
• Provide support and advice according to TSG to patients and staff who do not have access to them.
• Reconfirmation calls for patients appointments of the Attention Centers.
Requirements
• Customer service experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (essential)
• Communication skills
