Descripción de la Oferta

Responsibilities include:
- Providing corporate secretarial/registered office services to a large portfolio of Panamanian structures
- Handling all day to day requests in relation to the portfolio including, but not limited to, incorporating companies and preparing post incorporation documentation, amending Articles of Incorporation; and any other documents as may be required from time to time
- Working closely with other Group offices, clients, brokers, accountants, and directors worldwide to ensure timely delivery of a high quality service
- Preparing powers of attorney, bank and other corporate resolutions, certificates of incumbency, and any such other documents with a critical eye as may be required from time to time
- Liaison with local and international legal professionals, financial institutions and professionals, as well as client liaison and support;
- Liaison with other Group offices, clients, brokers, accountants, and directors;
- Assistance with the maintenance and updating of statutory books and database administration and related statutory filings and payments; and
- Ensuring the collection of Due Diligence as part of Primus’ Risk Management Program. Ensures portfolio is compliant with current regulations and works towards keeping up to date Due Diligence as required by Law;

The successful candidate will have the below Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years previous work experience in similar position
- An in depth knowledge of legal structures and the ongoing requirements of Panama legislation
- Have a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in client facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
The ideal candidate will have work experience in a corporate, legal and/or tax-related environment, with a familiarity with AML requirements. The position demands a detail orientated, well organized, responsible and motivated individual with the willingness and ability to work long hours. Primary responsibilities will include working with a predominantly English speaking client
base handling day to day administration of corporate entities, to include reviewing and preparing corporate and legal documents.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
