Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
Counsel and assist clients in meeting contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
English communications skills
Customer Service / Sales personality a plus
Ability to multi-task and use online resources
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Schedule: Evening Shift.
