Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through shipping, tracking, investigations and deliveries
- Troubleshoot and communicate technical answers clearly and concisely
- Takes accountability for and resolves all customer issues and follow up when appropriate
Qualifications
- Strong English conversational skills
- Previous Customer Service Experience (desired)
- Ability to multi-task and use online resources
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
