Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through shipping, tracking, investigations and deliveries
Troubleshoot and communicate technical answers clearly and concisely
Takes accountability for and resolves all customer issues and follow up when appropriate
Qualifications:
Strong English conversational skills
Previous Customer Service Experience (desired)
Ability to multi-task and use online resources
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
