Responsibilities:
Listens and responds appropriately in all customer interactions.
Manage customer relationships; performing the full range of customer service functions.
Uses common courtesy and discretion to achieve customer loyalty.
Troubleshoot and communicate technical answers clearly and concisely.
Takes accountability for and resolves all customer issues and follows up when appropriate.
Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell.
Qualifications:
Advanced English communications skills a must
Passionate about technology
Previous Customer Service Experience (desired)
Ability to multi-task and use on line resources
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
