Responsibilities:
•Communicate via inbound telephone calls with customers.
•Communicate and overcome billing and renewal agreements.
•Takes accountability for and resolves all customers issues and follow up when appropriate.
•Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.
•Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset customers or escalated calls, associated to their protection plan.
Qualifications:
• Advance English communications skills (is a must).
•Ability to guide others.
•Previous Customer Service Experience (Preferable, not a must).
•Ability to multi-task and use online resources.
•Passionate about supporting people.
Schedules: Evening / Night Shift
