Primary Job Function/Mission:
Responsible for providing the highest level of customer Service to all internal and external customers, through the creation and maintenance of a worl-class customer focused organization for the Panama Free Trade Zone with service to all the CACM countries.
Must provide efficient and streamlined order monitoring, timely product distribution, customer complaint resolution, and accurate approval of credit/debit transactions.
Ensures that all day to day activities operates efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor or master degree, preferably in Logistics or business studies
3-5 years of experience in customer Service role or equivalent, also must have knowledge in international logistics operations, Distribution, PC Software skills. It is important to know about operations in Free Trade Zones. Availability to travel and English fluent
