Responsibilities:
• Listens and responds appropriately in all customer interactions.
• Manage customer relationships; performing the full range of customer service functions.
• Uses courtesy and respect to exceed customer expectations
• Troubleshoot and communicate technical answers clearly and concisely.
• Takes accountability for and resolves all customer issues and follows up when appropriate.
• Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell.
• Maintain high attention to details.
Qualifications:
•Intermediated English communications skills a must
•Previous Customer Service Experience (at least 6 months)
•Ability to multi-task and use on line resources
•Strong problem solving and decision making skills
•Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Availability to work rotating schedules.
Branches: David Chiriqui
Schedules: rotating shifts, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.// 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m
Salary: 450.00 monthly plus performance bonus up to B/.100.00 fortnightly
