General RPO activities (90%)
* Administration:
* Creating Project in CRM once PO arrives; uploading necessary document/s
* Creating a hard copy file for every project
* Preparing Sub Contractor Contract with Sales Manager and PS Manager
* Filling all documents/papers for PS
* Control
* Monitoring project milestones with regards to invoicing, receivables and subcontractor payables. Making sure that all milestones are being invoiced as per the estimate date.
* Monitoring project related expenses
* Keeping all the records/documents of Outsource/Resources; checking the attendance
* Development and maintaining of PS specific KPIs
* Reporting
* Gathering all project data of current projects (time, budget, quality)
* Single project reporting
* Multi project reporting: Updating project list with all project data on a weekly basis
* Preparation of weekly RPU-call
* Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Closure reports for Judith/Andreas/RPUs etc.
* Resource Administration
* Providing resource scheduling overview
* Others
* Others tasks given by Project Manager
B) Continuous Improvement (10%)
* Maintains and updates PM and Solution management Standards, owns release management
* Maintaining PS Section in MS SharePoint
* Plans and supports Post-Project-Reviews and gather Lessons Learnt and Best Practices
* Support improving methods and standards
Professional Experience & Education:
* Deep, well proven RPO management skills (experience of 2 to 3 years of successful RPO management)
* Experience in managing organizational and administrative tasks
* Basic skills in Project Management (experience of at least 1 to 2 years of successful project management – especially in the area of BPM)
* Knowledge of PMI (scope, time, cost, change, risk, quality, communication, HR management) and escalation management
* Well proven languages skills: English business fluent – verbal and written
