Finance Assitant
Job Description
• Inputs daily records into ERP System on an accurate and timely manner.
• Inputs and review of invoicing process validating rates and tax with supporting documents required.
• Assist in the office management, dealing with trade and non-trade vendors, prepare and request payments.
• Assist the Financial Analyst in the communication with banks, vendors, clients in order to achieve goals of the company.
• Assist the Financial Analyst in the periodic Tax filings to the Tax Authorities.
• Ensure that company complies with Tax legislation.
• Assist the Financial Analyst in co-operating with company´s external and internal auditors, state representatives and tax authorities.
• Assist the Financial Analyst in the HR tasks assigned.
• Any other assignment provided by Financial Analyst or Controller.

Education
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or any related area.
1-2 years’ experience (not mandatory)
Self-driven, service oriented, level minded, team worker and pressure dealing.
