Descripción de la Oferta

Requirements:
Mobile broadband, Telecom and ICT industry background is required.
Preferable from world leading Telecom/ICT mobile broadband, Telecom mobile operator, Telecom service provider or Internet service provider.
At least 6 years of experience in Telecom/ICT content management, content portals, content channels and business development.
Knowledge of mobile broadband, 3G, 4G and IP networks, VAS, mobile Advertising, apps and contents.
Effective methodology and communication skills.
Proven skills for a high quality spoken and written English and Spanish; excellent documentation skills.
Self-learner, task-oriented, self-motivated, able to communicate and inspire others.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsible of management and marketing of owned contents for mobile broadband products and services within sites of launched content, and accountable for content sales KPI.
Interface and manage the landing process for own content, including commercial upload, product packaging, marketing configuration, etc.
Implement CP management for the sites with MCP (stratification and classification, resource allocation, contract and settlement, capability exposure), Client-side content management and operation strategies guide and communication.
Collaborate with Huawei internal development teams and external partners to complete the VAS business on-line.
Responsible for the whole process of mobile broadband content and service management, development of MBB content and service market, operation, channels, portal management.
Track worldwide and LATAM industry trends, study and analyze related contents and services on the global mobile broadband market, analyze operation status of the products of competitors, sales and exposure channels, research user needs.
Analyze MBB service self-operation and of competitors
Likely to take the lead in projects and /or made a significant contribution to major pursuits.
Capable of making formal presentations of contents, service and operation for recommending to customer and internally.
Have sharp commercial and market awareness (Knowledge of market needs, positioning, pricing, contents, service sales channels)
Deploy expert knowledge to make major contribution to service and content sales models.
Design and pursuit methodology and ways for creating and sharing knowledge of product definition, design and positioning recommendation.
Evidence of the successful product design and market acceptance.
Leverages resources, knowledge and personnel within the company and outside to achieve goals.
Develop strong commercial sense and market awareness for proper data analysis and reporting.
