Business Analyst,

Description
Develop work strategies to accomplish objectives designated by management working with the Operations and finance team.

Principal Responsibilities

LATAM region:
•Ensure profitability expectations are being meet, strategic planning to achieve the desired margins and possible expansions. Deploy business objectives daily, weekly, and monthly and track performance to identify compliance trends and provide options to improve processes to meet the objectives.

•Recommend, implement and document logistics within multiple departments including Operations, Business and Quality and ensure appropriate steps are followed to reach assigned goals and expectations.

•Audit and make recommendations over Scheduling and Forecasting, Business Reporting, System Login, and Timekeeping staff to ensure proper workflow, accurate forecasting statistical analysis, and accurate system login and timekeeping procedures.

•Ensure team provides clear reporting of department, skill, and center statistics including service level, interval adherence, absenteeism, and call handle times. Provide insight to all levels of site management and Clients on center statistics and reporting direction. Responsible for respective department's overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.

•Review and recommend business strategy to improve workflow and scheduling and communicate changes, performance trends, business needs, and developments to Operations Management.

•Responsible for site efficiency including goal alignment and phone activity usage to meet efficiency goals within production, training, and compensation.

•Help the different programs to manage resources to meet incremental client requirements.

•Develop reports for programs as well as management to improve visibility and be able to perform desired actions

•Preferable with studies in finance or engineering but not a requirement
