Description
Controller and auditor of program´s service quality, working for several programs finding the explanation between Quality variances as a point of control.
Principal Responsibilities
LATAM region:
•Develop and implement work strategy to cover the assigned monitors on weekly basis
•Monitor and evaluate reasons that cover why the variance in quality service
•Provide weekly reports to management explaining variances and any other reports that may be required
•Develop future control measures to warranty quality service
Qualifications
•High school degree
•Analytical profile
•Organized person
•Needs to have schedule flexibility
•Must be bilingual in English, oral and written language skills.
•Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
