Auditor:
Controller and auditor of program's service quality, working for several programs finding the explanation between Quality Variances as a point of control.
Responsabilities:
•Develop and implement work strategy to cover the assigned monitors on weekly basis
•Monitor and evaluate reasons that cover why the variance in quality service
•Provide weekly reports to management explaining variances and any other reports that may be required
•Develop future control measures to warranty Quality Service.
Qualifications:
