Primary Responsibilities:
· Own all elements of the technical relationship with the customer
· Primary interface and point of reference for the customer’s technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow-up
· Able to understand, articulate, manage and respond to customer’s detailed technical issues
· Developing customized solutions that solve the customer’s “pain points”
· Think creatively about designing new products and features
· Collaborate with development, quality assurance and technical support to address escalations from named accounts
· Develop pricing plan and promotions for ensuring optimal market adoption with special emphasis on selling solutions
· Position product in the market to reduce sales friction and shorten time needed to close sales
· Drive new product launches and software releases

Qualifications:
· Self-motivated; proactive, eager and willing to work collaboratively with stakeholders in engineering, sales and in adjacent products
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to articulate complex technology simply
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, organize and champion key initiatives and projects for product development
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with teams across International time zones
• Broad knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, IPv6, HTTP, SSL, SNMP)
• Knowledge of Cloud computing (servers, storages, data center)
• Knowledge of network security (firewall, intrusion prevention, security management), compliance (PCI, HIPAA) and big data analytics a plus
•2+ years of Product Management experience
•3+ years building, analyzing or selling Information Technology products
• BA/BS degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field required, MBA a plus
· Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
