This role will be a key asset in the ongoing rapid growth of the LATAM region within the company. This individual will be leading the FP&A Department in a newly created role reporting directly to the LATAM Finance VP, with the intention to achieve excellence in financial analysis and help drive continued profitability improvement. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management as well as overseeing the forecasting and budgeting processes, preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, and analyzing new business opportunities among other projects. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. The FP&A area, along with the rest of the company is undergoing a transformation in the pursuit of excellence, and this role will also play a key part in guiding that process.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the Analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, variable and fixed costs and capital expenditures
-Monitor performance vs. Forecast and Budget, highlighting trends, analyzing causes of unexpected variance and recommending action plans where necessary
Oversee, manage and continually improve Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Modeling tools
-Oversee Quarterly, Monthly and yearly Financial reporting process
Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
-Supervision of Financial Analyst team
-Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
- 5+ years Financial Planning and Analysis experience including 2+ years in a leadership role
-Strong leadership skills required
-Experience in multinational FP&A team
-Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills•Advanced English
