Principal Responsibilities
-Create and develop teaching programs to instruct and improve Operations departments English language usage.
-Create English teaching programs with learning objectives, methodology, resources and present developed instruction to the Training & Development department for approval.
-Coordinate schedules, resources, location, and communication for English class instruction.
-Establish selection criteria for the eligible candidates applying to the English Program.
-Evaluate and make a selection of the candidates for the English Program.
Deliver English classes to instruct staff on English usage, grammar, and vocabulary.
-Grade and evaluate the instruction and acquisition results of the English teaching and training.
-Develop assignments related to the English instruction for language reinforcement and practice.
-Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
-Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
-Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement as well as performance of team.
-Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification
-High School Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience desired.
-Previous experience in designing, planning and teaching English lessons for adults preferred.
-Experience and understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.
-Experience facilitating a large group of individuals preferred.
-Must possess strong problem solving abilities.
-Ability to coach and motivate both new and experienced employees to perform their duties.
-Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment.
-Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
-Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
-Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written language skills.
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
-Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
-Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
-Ability to travel as necessary.
